The past year has accelerated our path to the future of work. After a year of constant change, whats in store for 2022 and beyond. Where do we want to go and how will we get there?

Amid the legal uncertainty around corporate travel and concerns expressed by business travellers regarding their safety, especially in an uncertain global context further impacted by the COVID19 pandemic, a framework is beginning to emerge with the upcoming release of ISO 31030.

Dr Natalie will discuss the highly-anticipated launch of the new ISO standard 31030 - Managing Travel Risks – Guidance for Organisations and how COVID 19 has impacted the content of the standard.
