The past year has accelerated our path to the future of work. After a year of constant change, whats in store for 2022 and beyond. Where do we want to go and how will we get there?

Global Mobility has a tricky role in aligning with various areas of the organisation to bring about change and a value proposition like no other.  It should be that we’re not just catching-up, but moving towards a framework with flexibility for the future of a global workforce – the alignment with a diversity lens.

  • How have companies addressed policy changes to cater for an inclusive workforce?
  • What steps have companies taken to introduce more assignment-inclusive benefits, for example: health policies, financial, well-being?
  • Are companies’ inclusive policies that are designed to support all employees, adapted to the needs of the broader Mobility family, where geographically possible?
  • What policy changes have been made and what are some that companies are thinking about?
  • Are policies being redefined and compensation adjusted, to consider pandemic risk and sensitivities to attract (essential) talent for international assignments, for example, not just location-specific hardship, but COVID-19 considerations?

Digital Marketplace open for meet & greet. One on one scheduling available for ''in event'' meetings.

Amid the legal uncertainty around corporate travel and concerns expressed by business travellers regarding their safety, especially in an uncertain global context further impacted by the COVID19 pandemic, a framework is beginning to emerge with the upcoming release of ISO 31030.

Dr Natalie will discuss the highly-anticipated launch of the new ISO standard 31030 - Managing Travel Risks – Guidance for Organisations and how COVID 19 has impacted the content of the standard.
