Christine is the Head of HR for Australia and New Zealand and a member of Capgemini’s Leadership team.

Her adventure with Capgemini began in 2010 and has crossed 5 countries and 7 roles.  The highlights (so far) have included 3 years living in Chicago and 3 months based in Mumbai.  Her passion for diversity stems from her curiosity about people and she loves that Capgemini has indulged her in both her passion and her curiosity.   Her professional dream is to see Capgemini acknowledged as an employer of choice through equality in all its aspects and believes that each step we take in the right direction is one to be proud of.  Capgemini has recently updated its dress policy to allow for authenticity in the workplace and is about to announce another small but very significant change that will provide a more “level playing field” for all employees.

Moving to Australia in 2004, Christine is a proud Kiwi and loves Rugby, and is a one eyed All Black supporter. She is also very proud and excited by Capgemini’s sponsorship of the Rugby 7s.  She is a proud Ally and is honoured to be a part of an extended family that flies the rainbow in all its colours.

Fun fact: Christine is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language)
