Dr Gray is a Medical Director, Australasian Health Consulting, based in Melbourne. In her role, Dr Gray leads and develops public health focused consulting opportunities to local and multinational companies within the Australasian region. This includes the provision of targeted travel and infection prevention and control advice, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, providing updates on the COVID-19 pandemic to senior level executives and their workforce, and supporting the development of communications materials to promote the COVID-19 vaccination rollout in PNG.
CLIENT & INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Dr Gray is a public health physician and travel medicine clinician with extensive experience in designing and implementing tropical disease prevention and control programs, maternal and child health programs, and mental health and wellbeing programs for government and non-government organisations throughout Australia (including remote Northern Territory), South East Asia, the Pacific, and East Africa. She has also provided clinical governance leadership to clinical and health sector strengthening programs.
Prior to joining International SOS, Dr Gray was the Chief Medical Officer at headspace, the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Previously, she was the National Medical Director at Travel Doctor – TMVC, Regional Manager for South East Asia and the Pacific at Oxfam Australia, and a Senior Fellow at the Burnet Institute’s Centre for International Health. She has co-authored articles for a number of medical journals including Medical Journal of Australia, Asia Pacific Journal of Public Health, and Journal of Paediatrics and Child Health.
