Ricky has been working in HR for more than 15 years covering talent management, workforce planning, change management, HR innovation, projects and international human resource management. Ricky lives and breathes innovation in his work and this is easy to do in an organisation like CSIRO.
As well as being the HR Director (a/g) for CSIRO, Ricky is also the Program Manager for the Switch initiative. Ricky enjoys the challenge of influencing executives to support (and fund) people programs. Prior to CSIRO, Ricky has worked in Culture and the Arts and the Department of Justice working in various HR roles.
